CPU auf 3,2ghz locked?

    Hi, ich habe heute einen Clean install von meinem windows vorgenommen und mein BIOS Updated. nun habe ich das problem das mein prozessor bei 3,2ghz "locked" ist. er geht nicht über 3,28ghz obwohl er vorher mit 3,65ghz gelaufen ist. weiß jemand woran das liegen könnte ?

    Prozessor: AMD Ryyzen 7 2700

    Mainboard : MSI x370 Gaming Pro Carbon

    Im Task manager wird auch nur eine Basisgeschwindigkeit von 3,2Ghz angezeigt.
