Warum keine 144 fps?

Diskutiere und helfe bei Warum keine 144 fps? im Bereich Grafikkarten im SysProfile Forum bei einer Lösung; Ich habe eine rtx 3060 und einen Intel 7, der 11 Generation.     Ich habe eine rtx 3060 und einen Intel 7, der 11 Generation. Mein Monitor läuft auf 3440x1440 mit 144 Hz. Ich habe aber in spielen nur 100-120 Fps woran liegt das? Ich habe in den Einstellungen auch alles eingestellt, Auflösung, Bildfrequenz etc
