Windows 10: I can't go into any windows settings, or anything.

I recently downloaded and installed the creators update and after that my Windows 10 isn't working properly. My taskbar is completely broken, since I can't use it like normally. Every windows application doesn't work (the start button, the sound mixer, the taskbar settings, the news panel thing etc.) and neither do any applications outside the taskbar which come from windows itself. The taskbar seems completely frozen since when viewing a video on youtube in full screen, it doesn't go away, it just stays there. Though I can use it to minimize and open tabs and programs which I pinned onto it, but nothing else. I can't go into any windows settings, or anything. This is extremely frustrating because I have tried multiple fixes and none of them have helped at all. I'm completely lost now, because It didn't even let me reinstall my windows because my edition wasn't elligable, or it doesn't get supported?

I came here as a last point of desperate trying, if nobody can help me here I guess I'll have to buy a new copy of Windows 10...

 

Can I upgrade Windows 7 (not Windows 7 N) to Windows 10 N (not the "normal" Windows 10)

Hello,

I'm wondering if i can upgrade my Windows 7 (not Windows 7 N) to Windows 10 N, or can I use the Windows 10 key, which I will get when I upgrade to Windows 10, to activate Windows 10 N?

I haven't found anything about that on the Microsoft- or Windows homepage so maybe here someone can give me an answere.

 

I cannot run any windows App (Including Adobe XD) because I'm missing 4 Dynamic Link Libraries

So I want to open an (UWP) app.

Nothing happens.

I navigate to the folder containing the exe file, but I only get 4 error messages.

I don't have (but need):

• CONCRT140_APP.dll
• VCRUNTIME140_APP.dll
• vccorlib140_app.DLL
• MSVCP140_APP.dll

I cannot remember uninstalling any libraries, or removing any dlls

Where can I get those files (direct downloads please) and where do I need to move them to?

Will I have to add them to PATH?

EDIT:

When I type %appdata% into the run box i get a dialog which app i want to use. When I select explorer, nothing happens.

 

Windows 10 doesn´t recognize my USB ports.

After installing Windows 10, my USB ports don´t respond. I can´t use my printer or Smart phone or USB stick. Any suggestions?
