Diskutiere und helfe bei Triband/Quadband für USA benötigt? im Bereich Smartphones im SysProfile Forum bei einer Lösung; Hallo! In diesem Bereich bin ich ganz dumm. Deshalb auch die Frage.     Hallo!

    In diesem Bereich bin ich ganz dumm. Deshalb auch die Frage.

    Ich habe ein Sony Ericsson T650i. Ich glaube es hat Quadband. Bin mir aber nicht sicher.
    Mein Vater hat ein Motorola Razr V8.

    1. Frage: Hat mein Handy Triband/Quadband? Welches Band hat das Handy meines Vaters?

    So und dann zur nächsten Frage. Ich mache dieser Woche ab Donnerstag Urlaub in den USA. Mein Vater hat mir gesagt, man würde Triband benötigen und irgendetwas dann wenn man da ist umschalten.

    2. Frage: Brauche ich in den USA Triband oder Quadband und muss ich bei der Einreise irgendetwas umschalten?

    Hoffe ihr könnt mir weiterhelfen.

    Erstmal Google hilft oder dein Netzanbieter ....

    1. Sony Ericsson T650i // Zitat: "...GSM/GPRS 900/1800/1900..." also T650i ist Triband

    Motorola Razr v8 // Zitat "...GSM 850/900/1800/1900 Quad Band..." also Razr v8 ist Quadband


    2. Am besten deinen Netzanbieter fragen, ob Roaming angeboten wird und wie teuer !!

    Nutzen kannst du beide Handys, da die viele amerikanischen Netzbetreiber auf der 1900er Frequenz senden. Aber das weiß alles dein Mobilfunkanbieter...

    Kauf Dir drüben ne Prepaid Karte. Natürlich ist das telefonieren dann nach Deutschland teurer, Info über die Kosten liefert Dir Dein Provider.

    Um die Telofongebühren dreht es sich eigentlich nicht. Dafür ist mein Vater zuständig.
    Ich hab bei O2 nen Vertrag und er bei T-Mobile. Da dürfte es doch keine Probleme geben?
    Also könne wir ohne sorgen "drüben" telefonieren?

    Ja, aber erkundige Dich doch nach den Roaming Gebühren. Nicht das Netz, was Du automatisch kriegst, ist auch das günstigste.

    Die Roaming Gebühren können da schnell in die Höhe gehen...
    grade weil der Anruf dann auch erstmal über Deutschland geht (korrigiert mich wenn ich falsch liege, aber so wurde es mir in dem Telekommunikationsunternehmen wo ich mal gearbeitet habe beigebracht ;) )
    Da man quasi davon ausgeht, dass der Anrufer nicht wissen kann, dass der andere im Ausland ist, fallen die Roaming Gebühren dem Angerufenen zu Last... so war das jedenfalls damals ;)

    Ein einfaches Prepaid Handy drüber kommt wohl günstiger


    aber wie die anderen sagten, einfach nachfragen bei deinem Anbieter, die haben Tabellen und alle Infos.
