Diskutiere und helfe bei Passt diese Grafikkarte auf mein Mainboard ? im Bereich freie Fragen im SysProfile Forum bei einer Lösung; Hi ich wollte mir mal eine neue Grafikkarte zulegen .     ich wollte mir mal eine neue Grafikkarte zulegen .
    Nun stellt sich die Frage ob diese Grafikkarte :

    auf mein Mainboard passt .
    Hierzu hab ich mal nachgeschaut und den Karton meines mainboards wiedergefunden .
    dieses ist ein GIGABYTE MA77OT-UD3P .

    Ich habe Windows XP falls das wichtig ist :)

    Passen wird sie auf board - ABER: die 6950 ist eine sehr starke dx11 karte - also mit XP irgendwie blöd sie zu betreiben. und du solltest schon zumindest einen Phneom II X4 verbaut haben, sonst sind es perlen vor die bekannten futtertiere. Und auch dein NT sollte ausreichend sein. Bei solchen fragen am besten ein profil anlegen - dann kann dir (fast) jeder sagen, ob du sie sinnvol betreiben kannst.

    Aber mit Win XP würde ich die Karte auch nicht betreiben. Mindestens Windows Vista.

    Es wäre interessant zu wissen welche CPU du verbaut hast. Auch die restlichen Systemdaten einschließlich NT.

    Ok ich bedanke mich bei euch erstmal für die klasse antworten :)
    ich fragte wegen dem RAM da ich mal gehört hatte das XP nicht unendlich RAM "registrieren" kann . also das nur eine bestimmt menge verwaltet ( oder benutzt ) wird .
    Stimmt dies ? und wieviel gb sind es bei Win 7 ?

    Das stimmt mit XP. Allerdings hat das eher damit zu tun wieviel Bit es hat.

    Ein 32Bit System verwaltet bis 3,5Gb. 64Bit mehr.

    Jop. Wenn du ein 64Bit Betriebssystem hast, kannst du so viel Ram verbauen, wie es die Ram Bänke erlauben.

    Schraub mal deinen PC auf, und poste mal deine Netzteildaten. Die sind wichtig für deine neue Grafikkarte.

    Ich hab das Gehäuse geöffnet und nachgeschaut :
    Ich hab mir die Typennummer rausgesucht , gegooglet und dabei kam heraus das es sich um das :
    Be quiet! Pure Power BQT L7-530W Stromversorgung - 530 Watt
    handelt.

    Für mich stellt sich wegen des Betriebssystems die frage, ob es möglich ist den "Inhalt" meiner festplatte sozusagen "zu behalten" und nur das Betriebssystem zu wechseln da ich erlich gesagt mache sachen , garnicht mehr habe und damit 400 GB Daten verloren gehen würden wenn ich die Festplatte Formatieren muss .
    Bzw. ist jemandem bekannt wann ein neues Windows erscheinen wird ?

    Ok. Fest steht schonmal, dass deine Hardware gut zur von dir ausgewählten 6950 passt.

    Dein einziges Hinderniss ist das Betriebssystem.

    Kopier die Daten alle auf eine externe oder eine zweite Festplatte, bzw Partition. Dann kannst du Windows ohne Datenverlust formatieren.
