CPU Auslastung normal?

    Moin, in GTA und in anderen Spielen sieht die Auslastung von meinem PC wie folgt aus:

    Dabei fällt mir auf, dass die CPU immer komplett ausgelastet ist, während meine GPU halt nur bei so 10-20 Auslastung herumhängt.

    Ist das normal oder ist meine CPU mies am bottleneck-en ?
    Wenn ja, kann ich das über irgendwelche Einstellungen beheben?
