CPU 75-85 Grad im Idle?

Diskutiere und helfe bei CPU 75-85 Grad im Idle? im Bereich Prozessoren im SysProfile Forum bei einer Lösung; Hatte das vor paar wochen schonmal, hab im idle eine cpu temp von 80 grad ca bei einer auslastung von nur 1-15% und wenn ich zocke sogar noch bisschen...     Hatte das vor paar wochen schonmal, hab im idle eine cpu temp von 80 grad ca bei einer auslastung von nur 1-15% und wenn ich zocke sogar noch bisschen mehr (85 ca) und das kam plötzlich mit einem mal, dann war wieder alles gut und jetzt ist es wieder so was tun?

    hab nh 360er aio (liquid freezer iii 360), ja folie vorher entfernt ;) und nh ryzen 7 7800x3d

    wenn ich die pumpe anfasse ist die nur ganz leicht warm (ca 20-30 grad geschätzt)
