WQHD Monitor zeigt 4K als Empfohlen und Standard ein?

Liebe Community
Ich habe einen WQHD Monitor (https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B07X8HBHJP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 mein Windows und Spiele stellen die empfohlene Auflösung auf 4k, diese will ich aber nicht da ich nur max 1440p spielen will und keine 4k, da es immer ruckelt. Kann man das irgendwie ändern das 1440p aud empfohlen zu ändern und 4k ausmachen ?
