    Hallo,

    ich habe

    2x Samsung Monitore (Samsung S24F356F 59,8 cm, Klassisches Design / PLS Panel (23,5 Zoll) Monitor) (https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B01EX7KSPM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)

    + FitforT USB-C Port (https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B085ZNBSGN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1)

    + hp Laptop (hp elitebook 820) mit Windows 10.

    Leider erkennt der Laptop die Monitore nicht wenn ich über Rechts-Klick auf dem Desktop --> Anzeigeeinstellungen --> mehrere Bildschirme --> Erkennen gehe

    Wie kann ich das Problem beheben?

    Kann es sein, dass der USB-C Port nicht mit dem Laptop und den Monitoren kompatibel ist?
