Visum für die USA?

Diskutiere und helfe bei Visum für die USA? im Bereich Archiv im SysProfile Forum bei einer Lösung; Moinsen, ich will mit einer Freundin ende April, anfang März in die USA Fliegen.     Moinsen,

    ich will mit einer Freundin ende April, anfang März in die USA Fliegen. Mal eine Frage : Brauche ich für 2 Wochen unbedingt ein Visum und wieviel Kostet das?

    Eventuell haben wir sogar vor dazubleiben (da wir nene recht passablen Job hätten usw) wie bekomme ich da so eine GreenCard oder brauche ich die garnicht wenn ich Europäer?

    Wollte erstmal hier fragen bevor ich weitersuche. Vielleicht hat ja jemand irgendwie einen Plan. ^^

    Wisum keine Ahnung aber GreenCard brauchst du auf alle Fälle wenn du da länger bleiben
    willst und die ist nicht leicht zu bekommen. Für den Anfang sollte aber eine Arbeitserlaubniss
    zusammen mit einem verlängertem Visum reiche (geht afaik bis 12 Monatte)

    Wenn du aber nen job hast hilft das bei der GreenCard aber schonmal sehr weiter
    Oder ihr fahrt nach Las Vegas und heiratet da einfach 2 volltrunkene dann dürft ihr
    auch bleiben :ugly:

    Naja heiratetn ist eher schwierieger da a) es nach Philadelpia geht und b) meine Freundin die ich besuche erst 17 ist :p

    hmm wüsste doch gerne mehr wegen dem verkackten Visum

    Du sollst ja auch nicht deine Freundin, sondern eine betrunkene Amerikanerin heiraten. Nur so darfst du nämlich dann dort bleiben :ugly:

    Also Du brauchst ein Biometrischen Pass. Für Aufenthalt und Arbeit benötigst Du Arbeits Visum, Pass, GreenCard.

    Mit der GreenCard hast Du schon einiges hinter Dir. Die berechtigt Dir zu bleiben und Arbeitstelle suchen.

    Für den Urlaub braucht man das nicht!
    Für den Aufenthalt - kann sein.

    Aber nimm dir ein Frischhalte Tuch mit :D Das Pulver vom Fingerabdruck nehmen (muss jeder) ist schwer ab zu kriegen :D

    im grunde brauchst du dich um nichts zu kümmern ;) brauchst nen gültigen reisepass (am besten wo nicht drin steht das du schon mal in terroristischen ländern warst :o) und dann bekommst du im flieger bzw von deiner airline ein formular das du ausfüllen musst..das gibst du dann am zoll ab und schon hat sich die sache erledigt ;)

    EDIT: In dem Formular stehen dann, kein Witz, fragen wie "Sind sie Mitglied einer Terroristischen Vereinigung?".

    Leider habe ich nie einen gesehen der "Ja" geschrieben hat :D

    Was soll eine Arbeitserlaubnis mit einem verlängertem Visum sein?

    Wenn du wirklich in den Staaten arbeiten willst, musst du eine Arbeitserlaubnis in Deutschland beantragen. Nennt sich dann "E2 Visa".
    Im besten Fall übernimmt das dein zukünftiger Arbeitnehmer, denn so einfach bekommt man das Visa nicht.
    Glaub mir, ich hab das alles schon hinter mir. ;)

    Dumme Frage aber wenn ich meine jetzige Freundin Heiraten würde (Sie ist Amerikanerin usw und ihr Dad hat da einen Markt am Laufen der recht gut geht (Einzelhandel)).

    Könnte ich da bleiben =D ?
