    SSD-Prototyp von Lexar mit PCI-Express 4.0: 7 GB/s möglich

    Lexar hat einen SSD-Prototypen gezeigt, der bei Release im kommenden Jahr 7 GB/s lesend und 4 GB/s schreibend schaffen soll. Zum Einsatz kommen PCI-Express 4.0, NVME 1.4 und ein Controller in 12 nm sowie TLC-NAND-Module mit 96 Lagen.
