CPU läuft langsam?

Diskutiere und helfe bei CPU läuft langsam? im Bereich Prozessoren im SysProfile Forum bei einer Lösung; Hey, seit einiger Zeit hängt mein PC sehr wenn er größtenteils über die CPU läuft.     Hey, seit einiger Zeit hängt mein PC sehr wenn er größtenteils über die CPU läuft.

    Und gerade habe ich gesehen das meine CPU nur mit 0.79GHz läuft, obwohl die CPU 3.30GHz hat.

    Woran kann das liegen ?

    CPU: i5-4590 CPU @ 3.30GHz
