1he supermicro, CPU überhitzt?

Diskutiere und helfe bei 1he supermicro, CPU überhitzt? im Bereich Prozessoren im SysProfile Forum bei einer Lösung; Ich komme nicht weiter... ich habe jeweils baugleiche 2 Server.     Ich komme nicht weiter... ich habe jeweils baugleiche 2 Server. Bei beiden habe ich überhitzungsprobleme, gerade steigt es auf 90 grad an :(

    Supermicro SNK-P0046P - Prozessorkühler
    Supermicro Gehäuse SuperChassis - CSE-504-203B
    Intel Xeon E-2236
    3x Super Micro Supermicro FAN 0100L4 auf voller Leistung (>8500rpm),
    2 auf die CPU, einer für die platten.

    Server im RZ, luft kommt aus Kältegang und wird korrekt durch die Lüfter Richtung CPU geleitet

    CPU hat ca. 20% last.

    Irgend ne Idee was falsch laufen könnte?
