    Für die Reklamation eines defekten Mainboards habe ich eine E-Mail zurückbekommen in der Anweisungen für den Versand an den Hersteller stehen.

    Soll das nun wirklich bedeuten, dass ich jegliches Zubehör wie SATA Kabel, Bedienungsanleitung und Originalkarton bzw. Verpackung behalten und nur das das nackte Mainboard zurücksenden soll ? Ich bin mir da jetzt echt nicht ganz sicher.
