PC CPU wird zu heiß?

Diskutiere und helfe bei PC CPU wird zu heiß? im Bereich Prozessoren im SysProfile Forum bei einer Lösung; ich habe mein mainbord abgebaut um wärmeleipaste auf die CPU drauf zu machen und mir wird angezeigt das die cpu zu heiß wird was kann man dagegen tun...     ich habe mein mainbord abgebaut um wärmeleipaste auf die CPU drauf zu machen und mir wird angezeigt das die cpu zu heiß wird was kann man dagegen tun bräuchte dringend nh Lösung!

    Mainboard: Z97X-SIL von GIGABYTE

    PC Teile: Grafikkarte NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970

    CPU: Intel(R) Xeon (R) CPU E3-1231 v3 3.40GHz

    Arbeitsspeicher: 16 GB RAM (15.93 GB RAM
