    Hallo,

    Hab geguckt im Bios und ich kann Xmp aktivieren siehe bild



    Aber meine Cpu (i3 8100) kann nur 2400mhz und meine Motherboard Asus H310M-A R2 kann nur (2666) meine frage soll ich einer der 2 angegeben sachen nehmen (3000mhz) oder (3603mhz) und schadet es meinen ram oder Pc, Cpu, Mainboard etc...?
