Fehlermeldung fTPM?

Ich habe mir von Grund auf einen neuen PC zusammengebaut und habe Windows 10 über einen USB Stick installiert.

Jedes mal wenn ich den PC starte bekomme ich aber folgende Meldung:

New CPU installed, fTPM/PSP NV corrupted or fTPM/PSP VN structure changed.

Press Y to reset fTPM, if you have Bitlocker or encryption enabled, the system will not boot without a recovery key

Press N to keep previous fTPM record and continiue system boot, fTPM will not enable in new CPU, you can swap back to the old CPU to revover TPM related Keys and data.

Press DEL to enter setup

wenn ich dann N drücke komme ich zu Windows um mich einzuloggen, bei Y oder DEL passiert allerdings nichts.

Wie kommt es zu dieser Meldung bzw. wie bekomme ich sie weg?

RAM: 2x Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 16GB DDR4 3200

Speicher: Crucial P3 Plus M.2 (2TB)

GPU: RTX 4060
