    AMD Navi 31: Tape-out wohl erfolgt

    Der Tape-out von Navi 31 ist wohl erfolgt. Der Chip auf dem RDNA3-Design soll wohl ab Ende 2022/Anfang 2023 in der Radeon RX 7900/7800 zum Einsatz kommen. Erstmals arbeitet AMD mit einem Multi Chip Module (MCM).
