    Den Patch braucht man nicht extra saugen, der ist bei Autoupdate dabei, bedeudet sobald man das Spiel öffnen will, fängt er erstmal das Saugen an. ;)

    wenn ich das spiel geöffnet habe fing er nicht an mit saugen.. mußte ihn manuell saugen und starten
