Windows 10: Dvdcd-Rom Download New

Hallo,

ich habe ein Problem mit meinem Lautsprecher. Jedes mal wenn ich in mitten eines Videos die Lautstärker meines Laptops auf oder runter drehe, macht es ein komisches Geräusch und das Video stoppt und setzt dann mit einer niedrigen Qualität fort. Dieses Problem habe ich seitdem ich Windows 10 vor ca. 2 Monaten neu installiert habe. Ich hatte ein Problem mit meinem Pc. Plötzlich fuhr er nicht mehr hoch (ich bekam Fehlermeldung und dann wurde immer neu gestartet, ich bekam die Meldung wieder und es ging so weiter) und ich konnte Windows 10 auch nicht normal neu installieren oder wiederherstellen. Auch die Fehlerbehebung ging nicht, also nichts funktionierte. Ich musste also Windows 10 von der Microsoft Seite runterladen, auf dem Stick installieren und es dann per Stick auf meinem Pc installieren. Das hat sehr gut geklappt und alles läuft super bis auf dieses Problem mit dem Lautsprecher. Ich weiß nicht ob und wie ich es beheben kann. Deshalb hoffe ich auf einem Forum Hilfe zu erhalten.
