Passt ein 4 pin statt ein 8 pin in mein Mainboard?

Diskutiere und helfe bei Passt ein 4 pin statt ein 8 pin in mein Mainboard? im Bereich Prozessoren im SysProfile Forum bei einer Lösung; Moin, ich will mir ein neues Mainboard zulegen, und habe mir die frage gestellt, ob mein mainboard auch mit einem 4 pin stecker funktionieren wird....     Moin,

    ich will mir ein neues Mainboard zulegen, und habe mir die frage gestellt, ob mein mainboard auch mit einem 4 pin stecker funktionieren wird. Meine PSU Besitzt leider nur 4 pin stecker aber bei jetztigen mainboard funktioniert es auch mit einem 4 pin statt 8 pin, obwohl auf mainboard 4 ungeschlossen verbleiben.
