    Ich hab ein Problem mit meinem PC. Wenn ich meinen PC herunterfahre und wieder ganz normal einschalte habe ich nicht die volle Leistung meiner Grafikkarte (rtx4090). Ich muss dann auf Neustarten gehen. Dann startet er neu und dann hab ich erst die volle Leistung warum? Kann mir einer von euch bitte weiter helfen?
