    Hallo,

    ich hab da mal ne Frage zum P5Q-PRO von ASUS:
    Wenn ich nur EINE Grafikkarte in den PCI-Express-Slot stecke, hat der PCI-Express-Slot, in dem die Grafikkarte steckt, dann 16 Lanes oder 8?
    Oder muss ich im BIOS irgendwas einstellen?

    Beim CF hat dann ja EIN Slot nur 8 Lanes, oder beide?!

    Ich hoffe, ich krieg ne Antwort^^ ;)

    Ist ganz einfach:
    Bei einer Karte: 16 Lanes
    Bei zwei Karten: 1x16 und 1x8 Lanes

    ähm, soviel man weiß hat der P45 insgesamt nur 22 PCI-Express-Lanes, also können bei Crossfire, beide Karten entweder nur 8 Lanes haben oder eine 16 und eine 4. Beim P45 sind es aber sicher 2x 8, beim P35 waren es 16/4.

    Eine einzelne Karte hat 16 Lanes, wenn sie im ersten PCIx16 Slot steckt. Der 2te Slot hat, bei deinem Board, von vornherein nur 8 Lanes.

    Im Bios muß man aber nichts umstellen, das wird Automatisch erkannt.
