    Guten Tag ich habe mir letztes Jahr november ein Monitor bei Otto bestellt er hing einwand frei,und plötzlich war am dispaly ein riss,großer riss, dieser riss sah im dispaly aus wie bei einem Glas was so zersplittert ist, er geht noch an aber nur die rechte Seite oben ist halt voll mit dem riss der nach unten zeigt.

    Kann man da was machen garantie oder Umtausch?
