Vermutlich Trojaner! Fordert Zahlung von 10.000 Euro oder droht mit 5 Jahre Knast

Hallo,
meine Schwester hat ein riesiges Problem mit ihrem Laptop.

Wenn sie ihn startet, fährt er hoch, der Bildschirm wird weiss, die integrierte Webcam schaltet sich ein und es erscheint ein Fenster mit dem Hinweis das man 10.000 Euro zahlen soll oder 4-5 Jahre hinter Gittern muss.

Man kann zwar bei Start die F8-Taste drücken, aber bei den Auswahlmöglichkeiten wie z.b. abgesicherter Modus hängt die Tastatur sich auf, so dass ein Benutzen nicht möglich ist.

Was kann man tun?

Kaspersky Rescue Disk
herunterladen, auf CD/DVD brennen und den Laptop von dieser CD/DVD starten.

Dort machst du fix n Update und lässt das Programm durchlaufen (kann ca. 2 Stunden dauern - je nachdem wieviele Daten auf dem Laptop sind)

Wenn das Programm fertig ist, sollte der Laptop wieder wie gewohnt starten.

was vorarbeiter sagt hilft nur bedingt, hab erst letztens einen bundespolizeivirus wieder bei bekannten entfernen müssen und nach dem kaspersky tool war nur 50% geholfen. auch antimalwarebyte half da kaum weiter.
die lösung ist da noch wirklich schnell einen zweiten benutzer anzulegen. dem anderen user admin rechte (falls vorhanden)) entziehen. alle daten sichern und wirklich das system neuaufsetzen. nur so kriegst du in den meisten fällen einen so befallen rechner wieder sauber.

Kann es nicht Probleme geben, wenn ich Dateien sichere die eventuell ohne Wissen schon infiziert sind, die später wieder überspiele und der Mist von vorne losgeht?

nein. der trojaner befindet sich iwo in appdata zu 80%

durch das kaspersky tool entschlüsselst du die daten.
