Hilfe bei PC Fragen (alles auf englisch)?

hallo leider habe ich im internet leider keine antworten gekriegt aber vielleicht kann hier jemand ein paar meiner fragen beantworten. ich weiss es ist viel. ich erwarte nicht von jemandem alles zu beantworten, nur das wobei er sich auskennt oder drauf lust hast. danke lg.

What monitor (mostly CS2 max settings, Eldenring DLC, Cyberpunk) should I get?:

I bought a new PC a week a ago. I went from a i7-6700K, 16gb RAM, GTX 1080 PC to the PC you can see below in the list. Well now I'm a bit overwhelmed with the thing I should do when it arrives. I currently have a 165hz 1080p monitor. It works perfectly fine, but isn't it a bit of a waste to have that kind of hardware with that bad of a monitor? That's why I'm willing to buy a new monitor. I mostly play CS2, Soulslike games but I would also like to play games like Cyberpunk that are really demanding.

Should I get a 4k or 1440p monitor? And how much hertz and what size of the monitor should I get? Bcs I really don't know what would be the perfect resolution to hertz and monitor size for me personally and taking my new PC into consideration. I've looked up some Benchmarks with my new Hardware up on Youtube and the internet but I'm still overwhelmed.

I thought maybe a 1440p 165hertz 27inch monitor would match my build and usecases but I'm not 100% sure. If my monitor choice is ok, should I get an IPS, atm I have an 1080p IPs and the colors look great? And what else should I look for to buy the best price money value monitor? Should I go any higher with the hertz or should I stick with 165hertz? I'm unsure if this PC will even hit let's say 240fps on max 1440p settings in CS2. Currently on my 1080p setup it kinda triggers me constantly seeing under 165fps on my 165hertz monitor. And should I get a monitor that supports AMD FreeSync or is it useless, I dont understand what the difference to normal vsync is?

Should I overclock anything besides the RAM?

I will of course overclock the RAM to it's 6k and I know how do to it. But should I overclock my CPU or GPU? I haven't had any good experience with that in the past. But maybe a bit of overclocking would to the GPU would be fine? How much more FPS in % could I potentially get out of my GPU? Or is it more worth to overclock the CPU or even both? And how risky is it for my CPU and GPU to overclock them a lil bit?

And should I get a new keyboard? I currently have a razer ornata chroma. I've had it for quite a few years and I really notice how it has been worn down bcs the counterstrafing in CS2 doens't feel as good as it used to in my prime CSGO time and I don't like the space the numbpad robs of my desk. Is there any mechanical keyboard that won't be a hassle to get used to, that is similiar with typing like the razer ornata chroma and on which I can rest my fingers without ever pressing a key by mistake. So maybe tacticle switches would be something for me? I like the sound of brown switches but at the same time I don't like all the hate they get on the internet. How do I escape this mechanical keyboard rabbit hole without buying a keyboard I don't like? Bcs exactly that happened a few years ago and I hate the CHERRY xtrfy K4 bcs I can't rest my fingers on the keyboard without clicking keys by accident so I switched back to my old worn down razer ornata chroma...
