    Hallo welche Datei brauche ich für ein BIOS Update da ich das mainboard habe B450M DS3H. Ich habe eine Datei auf einen USB-Stick. Den USB-Stick erkennt er aber die Dateien nicht. Weiß eventuell jemand wie die Datei heißt die ich brauche für das mainboard.
