Hoher CPU und RAM?...?

Diskutiere und helfe bei Hoher CPU und RAM?...? im Bereich Prozessoren im SysProfile Forum bei einer Lösung; (windows 10. durchschnittlicher Laptop) Egal was ich am pc mache, jede 2-3 Minuten geht mein CPU und mein RAM extrem hoch und ich habe starke FPS...     Egal was ich am pc mache, jede 2-3 Minuten geht mein CPU und mein RAM extrem hoch und ich habe starke FPS Einbrüche. Nach ca. 2 min gehts es wieder runter und dann wieder alles erneut.
