    Bei meinem Gaming Laptop(HP Pavilion 17 Gaming) läuft der Prozessor(i7 9750H)dauerhaft(auch ohne laufende Anwendungen auf ca. 4GHz. Weiß jemand warum das so ist und wie ich das beheben kann?
