    GTA IV Startet nicht nach Patch 1.0.7.0

    Hallo :) Also , mein Problem ist dass ich GTA IV Nicht mehr starten kann D; seit dem ich den Patch 1.0.7.0 Installiert habe (Patch 7) Ich suche schon tagelang im internet aber ich finde kleine Lösung ;( Das spiel habe ich übrigens schon 1x neu installiert das hat auch nix gebracht :(. Ich bitte um Hilfe.
