    02.07.2010 09:50 - Zum heutigen Tag können finnische Bürger einen Internetzugang mit mindestens einen MBit/s Downstream einklagen. Der skandinavische Staat möchte einen flächendeckenden Zugang zum World Wide Web für seine Einwohner gewährleisten.
