    25.05.2015 08:30 - Offenbar hat Samsung in Südkorea eine Konferenz gehalten, innerhalb der man über kommende Fertigungsprozesse gesprochen hat. Demnach soll der nächste Schritt auf 10 nm schon Ende 2016 in die Massenproduktion gehen, dabei dürften allerdings wie üblich?
