    DDR4-RAM: Samsung soll Produktionsstopp verschieben, aber das dürfte kaum helfen

    Angeblich will Samsung die Fertigung von DDR4-Speicherchips auch im Jahr 2026 noch weiterlaufen lassen, obwohl eigentlich eine Einstellung geplant war. Hintergrund sind mögliche Verträge mit Großkunden, die eine Abnahme garantieren.
