Aufgefallen ist er mir eher anno dazumal durch seine Beziehung zu Angelina Jolie – als jene aufgrund ihrer weiblichen Formen noch als Lara Croft durchging und nicht wie heute Besorgnis erregend dünn aussah. Letzten Endes hat mich Thornton dann aber in der ersten Staffel „Fargo“ als schräger Killer Lorne Malvo absolut umgehauen.
