Localsharing jailbreak bei iPod touch 4 G

Ich habe einen jailbreak auf meinem iPod und installous für Apps kostenlos downloaden. Da kann man doch irgendwie die Apps wo man dort runtergeladen hat die kann man verschicken. Aber da steht dann das ich localsharing aktivieren muss wie Enquete funktioniert das wo kann man das aktivieren.
