Computervirus mit windows???

wenn ich meinen computer an mache kommt ein schwarzer bildschirm und da steht dann irgendwas mit achtung und windows und da ist nur ein knopf mit bezahlen.
ich denke das ist ein trojaner oder so aber ich weiß nicht wie ich den weg bekommen soll. könnt ihr mir helfen??
